Refund policy

We want you to love your CTM. pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. 

Eligibility:


  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items and accessories are non-returnable.


Process:


  1. Email our team at motionctm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (minus shipping fees).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery we’ll make it right, at no cost to you.
