We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to sizing, change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer. We encourage you to review our size guide and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Motionctm@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item so our team can review your request. If approved, we will gladly provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as orders are processed promptly to ensure timely shipping.
